INVESTOR WANTED | CHILDCARE & EDUCATION VENTURE | SAN PEDRO, BELIZE

Description

I'm seeking a serious investor or funding partner for Khaleesi's Korner EDU, an education and childcare venture being developed in San Pedro, Belize. This isn't an idea I came up with last week. I've spent 28+ years working with children and families both domestically and internationally, across early childhood education, special education, neurodivergent families, childcare, and behavioral support. My goal is to bring that experience into a professionally structured childcare and education business designed specifically to meet the needs I've seen in the Belize community. The larger vision includes serving local Belizean families while also addressing childcare needs created by San Pedro's tourism-based economy. The project is intended to: Employ Belizean workers 👶 Expand access to structured, dependable childcare 📚 Provide developmentally appropriate educational programming ♿ Incorporate inclusive practices for children with different abilities and needs 🏝️ Respond to childcare needs unique to an island and tourism economy 📈 Develop into a sustainable, revenue-generating Belize business 🌱 Grow responsibly while remaining rooted in the local community A location/project site has already been identified, and substantial planning is complete. I am currently seeking capital for development, construction/setup, equipment, licensing/startup expenses, and the initial operating period. I am purposely not publishing the complete business model, proprietary programs, revenue strategy, or expansion plan publicly. Serious prospective investors can receive additional information privately after an initial conversation and appropriate due diligence. WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR I'm open to discussing several structures with the right person, including: • Angel investment • Equity investment • Private business financing • Strategic partnership • Combination financing • Philanthropic/sponsorship participation for appropriate portions of the project I'm interested in a partner who understands that a successful investment can produce financial value while creating something Belize genuinely needs. This project also carries a deeply personal purpose for me. Khaleesi's Korner was created in memory of my daughter, Khaleesi Monroe. What began with loss became a commitment to create safer, stronger spaces for other children. Now I'm looking for the right person or people to help turn years of planning into something tangible. 📍 San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, Belize 💼 SERIOUS INVESTOR INQUIRIES ONLY If interested, message me privately with a brief introduction, your investment interests, and the approximate investment range you typically consider. Detailed business and financial information will be discussed privately with qualified interested parties.
